IS THERE ANY JOB TOO SMALL?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! We understand that each homeowner has their own unique dreams and needs for their yards… as well as budget. That’s why we offer a free initial consultation to discuss the design needs and hopes, our expertise, and decide the next best step. If we feel you will be better served by another professional, we will offer our best referral. We call them “Partner Pros.” And we don’t take referral fees.
I have big plans–does it all have to be done at once?
Short answer, no. Many clients break their projects into phases. We help you determine the must urgent needs to be addressed first. We also take careful consideration of your property location, access issues, utility lines and obstructions that may need more time to properly address.
How do I guarantee my work will be completed this season?
This is Step 4 in our design and installation process. After the design has been reviewed and approved, together we select a date of installation that works for all parties. If that is over 10 days away, your $500 scheduling deposit guarantees your project date is protected for this season. We kindly appreciate your understanding that weather delays affect all our clients and may necessitate flexibility in start dates.
Will BRUCE Be On-Site?
Bruce, the owner and the man who puts the “Bruce” in “Let’s Bruce It Up” will indeed be on-site, overseeing every job from the first conversation to the final inspection. You may also meet Mrs. Bruce (aka Larissa) within the site assessment and estiamtion phase of your project.
Do you do repairs for existing paver patios, paths, and driveways?
YES! Indeed, that paver stone patio, walkway or drive may be what you love most about your outdoor space and we want to help you preserve it. Over time, due to the winter freeze/thaw cycle, invasive tree roots or faulty product or installation, repairs become necessary. We will gladly offer an honest estimate for repairing work that deserves to be saved and preserved. All repairs come with a two year repair workmanship guarantee.
Will you work with multiple homeowners for shared property line projects?
YES INDEED! One of our first projects involved three adjacent properties and homeowners (see the Project Gallery for the Tuscany Friendly Fences). We pride ourselves on solutions that solve joint property problems for proper installation of walls and fences. Also, anytime we need access to your yard through a neighbor, we always obtain written approval from all parties in advance.
